SHIPPING POLICY

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Please allow for extra time during holiday seasons. You should receive your package in 10-14 business days. 

 

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, Black Box Candles does not currently offer express shipping. We will notify all customers when that option becomes available!

 

WILL I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, of course! Your tracking information will be emailed to you as your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, Black Box Candles does not currently accept returns. We know it is extremely difficult to know if you'll enjoy a smell without having the candle in person so please try to consider fragrances ahead of time.

 

If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at blackboxxcandleco@gmail.com and we will file a claim and get you a replacement candle sent ASAP! 

 

If for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. The cost to reship a package is $7.99 and you will be sent an invoice via email. If you choose to receive a refund rather than have your order resent, you will be refunded for the cost of the candles only. We cannot refund the shipping costs on returned packages.
